Peace, I’m Secunda.
I didn’t grow up knowing anything about credit, money management, or financial planning. Most of us don’t. Nobody taught us — not our parents, not our schools. And it wasn’t anyone’s fault. You can’t teach what you were never shown.
I got into the credit space over 10 years ago by default honestly. But something kept happening — clients would come back. Same issues, different day. I was teaching them how to maintain their scores, but the real problems ran deeper than that. I knew I had to get to the root.
So I got licensed in financial services. Not just to serve my clients better, but because I have kids. And I refused to let them move through life the way I did — figuring it out the hard way, too late, with too much already lost.
That’s what drives this work. Not a degree on a wall. The fact that I’ve lived the gap between what we’re taught and what we actually need to know — and I’ve spent over a decade closing that gap for other people.
Most people were taught how to earn money. Nobody taught them how to structure it, protect it, or make it grow.
That’s where I come in.
